Terms of Service

Thank you for using K-K ("the Site"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the tools, games, content, and other services provided on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Users under 13 require parental consent. If you create an account via Google login, you are responsible for the security and all activity under that account. Free tools and games are intended for personal use; bulk automated access or resale may be restricted. Paid products may be used for business and commercial purposes within the scope stated for each product. Actions that infringe on others' rights or disrupt the operation of the service are prohibited.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site—text, images, designs, logos, and software code—is copyrighted by K-K or its respective rights holders. You may freely use the tools and games for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Site's content without permission. Output you generate through our tools (e.g. QR codes, shortened URLs, converted images) belongs to you.

3. Prohibited use

The following activities are strictly prohibited: interfering with normal service operation or placing excessive load on servers; using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect data from the Site without authorization; using the Site for illegal purposes or infringing on others' personal information. Violations may result in immediate restriction of access without prior notice, and legal action may be taken.

4. Disclaimer

Results from tools on the Site (calculators, converters, etc.) are for reference only; we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Financial tools such as the salary and loan calculators do not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice—please consult a professional for important financial decisions. AI-powered tools (tarot, title generators, etc.) are for entertainment or reference only and do not replace medical, legal, or psychological counseling. K-K is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Service changes and interruption

K-K may change, improve, or discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice. We are not obligated to compensate for damages caused by service interruption. However, we will make reasonable efforts to announce significant changes on the Site.

6. Advertising

Some pages on the Site display advertisements through Google AdSense. We do not ask or encourage users to click ads, nor do we use copy, design, or layout intended to induce ad clicks. Ad revenue is used to maintain and improve the free service. For information about how advertising affects your privacy, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on the Site. If significant changes are made, we will notify users through an on-site announcement. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

9. Paid services

The Site sells paid products alongside its free services. Each product's name, price (VAT included), what it delivers, and when it is delivered are shown on the product screen and in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Payments are processed through our payment provider (PortOne). We act as the seller of record, not as an intermediary, and handle fulfillment and refund requests directly. If what you receive differs from what was described, you may request a full refund.

10. Recurring billing, cancellation, and withdrawal

Subscription products renew automatically every month from the date of purchase at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the subscription screen; cancellation stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. You may request withdrawal within 7 days of payment. However, for digital content, withdrawal may be restricted or the value of the portion already used may be deducted once the content has been delivered or used, as permitted by applicable law.
